Engel & Völkers Southern Africa is proud to announce the signing of a new license agreement in Pretoria.
“We are delighted to welcome Kenneth Malan and his team to the Engel & Völkers family”, said Craig Hutchison, CEO of Engel & Völkers Southern Africa. “The conversion of existing real estate agencies forms an integral part of our expansion strategy and we are pleased that Kenneth saw the benefit of joining a true international brand in the real estate industry.”
Kenneth has been in the real estate business for 8 years. “My decision to convert my current business, Down Town Properties, to Engel & Völkers was actually an easy decision,” says Kenneth. My team and I are now part of a growing international real estate brand with fantastic support and systems. Their information technology systems are all web-based platforms, meaning that property and client information is available anywhere and at any time. Their universal service concept and integrated marketing and sales strategy coupled with customised training at the Engel & Völkers training academy, will ensure satisfied clients in our area. We cannot wait to expose our prospective clients to the Engel & Völkers brand,” Kenneth concludes.
The new Pretoria license will be known as Engel & Völkers Pretoria Central Suburbs and will render real estate services to the Pretoria suburbs of Hatfield, Arcadia, Sunnyside, Colbyn and a focus on flats in Muckleneuk. “There are now 3 different licenses in Pretoria. The other licenses is Waterkloof, covering the old east of Pretoria, and Faerie Glen, covering a large part of the new east of Pretoria,” comments Craig. “Our expansion plans makes provision for a further 3 areas. The first is Silver Lakes, including Wilgers, Equestria, Wapadrand and Silverton, the second area is Moreleta Park and surrounds and the last license would be the Moot area.”
