The countdown to the announcement of the 2009/10 winners of the Engel & Völkers Rewards & Recognition categories has begun. The winners will be announced at the management meeting on Friday 5 November 2010 in Cape Town.

1. Comparative market analysis (20 pages)
This document is used to impress sellers when evaluating their houses (Step 2 + 3 of RTS) so when negotiating an exclusive mandate it is one of our main USP’s. The response is generally very positive from sellers when they receive this detailed document and it has great value and relevance in determining the true value of a property.
Please make sure that your agents are fully trained in the proper completion of this document and that they understand its relevance and to ensure discipline when completing it.
On the first page you may replace the existing photo with one of your own shop.
Please remember to save it as a document template. Click on File New and go to the Template folders to open a new CMA document.
It must be printed out in colour and bound neatly.
2. Comparative market analysis (1 page)
This document can be used when you are requested to supply a valuation for town houses, flats, someone needing a quick valuation (ie deceased estate or divorce) etc.
Both documents are available on the REDS intranet > Real estate business > Market preparation > CMA documents.
